ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is the application of single use sterilized medical grade needles into a specific point.
This stimulates Qi (pronounced chee) and blood, increases circulation and balances the bodies energetic systems allowing for healing to be initiated.
-
MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of soft body tissues such as muscles, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments.
There are a dozen types of massage therapy methods or modalities.
-
NON-NEEDLE ACUPUNCTURE
No-Needle Acupuncture provides holistic relief for many issues in the body and is a great option for those who are apprehensive of needles.
Auricular acupuncture is using the ear as a microsystem. Their are multiple microsystems in the body that an acupuncturist can use but the ear is one of the most common.
With auricular acupuncture we may needle specific points on the ear or stick a tiny seed (referred to as an ear seed) to the ear stimulating certain points. These ear seeds can be worn for several days extending treatment.

CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping is a modality used in Chinese Medicine where glass or silicone cups are moved gently back and forth along a body area.
A negative pressure is created in the cup allowing for it to suction to the skin. This gently pulls the skin and muscles up loosening achy muscles, opens the meridians and dredges any stagnation.
Bruising is a common side effect of cupping however this is not the treatment objective. Bruising usually resolves within 4-10 days.

EXERCISE + DIET THERAPY
Exercise therapy and rehabilitation exercises are tailored interventions designed to promote recovery and enhance physical function. These exercises can be seamlessly integrated into an individual's treatment plan to address specific needs, support healing, and improve overall well-being
Diet therapy involves the strategic integration of specific foods and nutrients into an individual's diet to support health and recovery. Tailored to each person's needs, this approach enhances treatment plans, promoting optimal well-being and addressing specific health concerns
“ Eryn is the G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time). She’s uses a lethal combination of massage, needling and cupping all in one treatment. This technique allows each session to feel like three as they all compliment each other. I’m very thankful to have discovered her as I have seen countless practitioners in all fields. Together we are going to heal my back! I am certain ! Thanks Eryn, for taking such good care of me ! “
